About the role
As a Project Associate/Manager (role depending on your background and seniority level), you will have a versatile role and be an instrumental part of shaping multiple parts of Altris business such as commercial go-to-market and strategic product initiatives. You will join an A-team of highly driven, ambitious co-workers who are eager to make a mark on the world with sodium-ion batteries. Your work will be fast-paced with changing priorities, but always with high impact on Altris trajectory and the energy storage industry overall.

You will have the chance to shape the role in the way that provides the highest business value for Altris, and you will work closely with various stakeholders cross-functionally. About you
We believe you have a technical or quantitative background, either by education or by extra-curricular activities. You have past experience from an engineering company, manufacturing company or a top tier management consulting firm. You have the capability to work in a broader strategic context as well as being hands-on and executing projects and analysis on your own. Lastly, as we love working with an environmental friendly battery, we believe that you should have a passion for it too.

What you will do

• Own, drive and execute multiple projects such as product development, pricing strategy, partnership deals, product strategy, Operational models etc.

• Report directly to, and work closely with, the management team
• Align and get buy-in from various stakeholders across the company in order to achieve results
• Be expected to propose next steps and implement your recommendations on an operational level

In order to be successful, we believe you are/have

• 1+ years of project management experience from consulting, manufacturing or engineering companies
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment with integrity and accountability
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts

• Ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis while at the same time being pragmatic
• Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Hungry, yet humble

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience from working in a VC-funded start-up

• B.Sc. or equivalent in technical field
• Project Management education (PMP, Agile)
